Discovering the Jewish history in Central Asia

As you already know, Uzbekistan is becoming one of the most fascinating new tourist destinations in Asia. Our company FIESTA TOUR has been committing for the development of the Uzbek tourism industry for a couple of years, particularly in close partnership with European and Israeli travel companies.

Introduction of the visa free regime for nationals of many countries, including Israel, has played one of the major factors in attracting tourists to Uzbekistan. During the spring season, many tourist groups and individual tourists from Israel had a chance to enjoy historical and cultural tours.
For the Jewish people the company organizes special trips, including Kosher catering in partnership with Shamayim Tour (Israeli company), and an amazing Shabbat in Bukhara within walking distance to the Jewish Synagogue. The Jewish history of Uzbekistan counts for centuries, and the visitors had a chance to become familiar with such history face to face during visits to Jewish quarter, synagogues, Jewish cemetery in Samarkand, as well as meeting the members of Jewish community so called Bukharian Jews.

We heard many positive feedbacks from the tourists from Israel, for many of them it was very interesting to learn more about Uzbekistan, its history, culture, as well as architecture, which has deep roots and connections not only with Islam, but with different religions.
We believe that such journeys help communities to build stronger friendship bridges and mutual understanding between various cultures, religions and nations.
