Days 1 -2: Modern Tashkent – From Soviet Epoch to Globalization

Modern Tashkent – the cultural capital and heartland of Central Asia.Amir Timur square, visiting Charsu old bazaar, Religious center of Tashkent – Hazrat Imam Complex, Kaffalyaash – Shashi and Baroqkhon Madrasah, Library of Islamic literature and Applied Arts Museum, where Osman Koran – the oldest manuscript of Koran is preserved, Independence square and the Monument of Courage – a monument to the victims of the earthquake in 1966. Visiting the ancient settlement of Ming Urik.

Days 3-4: Samarkand – Jewel of the Silk Road

Famous Registan Square – heart of ancient Samarkand, which consists of three majestic structures: Ulugbek Madrasah,Tilla Kori Madrasah and Sherdor Madrasah. Then visiting Guri-Emir Mausoleum, burials of the Timurids dynasty, the biggest ancient construction in the region – Bibi-Hanum Mosque, unique ensemble of the Shahi Zinda burials, visiting Ulugbek Observatory – the greatest ancient astronomical observatory of Central Asia. Day 5 in Bukhara – Emir’s epoch

On the road dropping off to the ceramic handicraft in Gijduvan city. You may take part in preparing ceramics (ceramics master class), and learn the process of preparing ceramic pots in detail.

In the old Bukhara: Samanid Empire museum, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Lyabi Hauz Ensemble, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Chor-Minor Madrasah, trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Ismail Samani and Chashma-Ayub mausoleums. Day 6-7: Khiva – Trip to Kharezmian Empire
